| 520 | 3 | _aObjetivo: Esta investigación tiene como objetivo, ahondar sobre las concepciones de la producción científica en las ciencias jurídicas, e identificar sus aciertos y desaciertos para una práctica pública. Diseño/Metodología/Enfoque: la recolección de la información como metodología, fue la revisión bibliográfica, aportando fundamentos teóricos en relación con el tema de estudio. Los documentos analizados se fueron en el tema de estudio “Producción Científica”, lo cual representó la base teórica de la investigación, específicamente en el sector jurídico. Resultados/Discusión: Se realiza un debate entorno al estado y criterios sobre producción científica en el sector jurídico y se aportan aciertos como vía de buenas prácticas. Conclusiones: Un actuar desordenado, sin fundamentación científica recaerá sobre una mala práctica y desaciertos en el quehacer de la producción científica en las ciencias jurídicas. Originalidad/Valor: El estudio aporta un análisis para enriquecer el conocimiento para una mejora en las prácticas investigativas y productivas en las ciencias jurídicas. – Los Autores. | |

Design/Methodology/Approach: the collection of information as a methodology was the bibliographic review, providing theoretical foundations in relation to the topic of study. The documents analyzed were on the study topic “Scientific Production”, which represented the theoretical basis of the research, specifically in the legal sector. Results/Discussion: A review is carried out around the state and criteria on scientific production in the legal sector and successes are provided as a way of good practices. Conclusions: A disorderly act, without scientific foundation, will result in bad practice and mistakes in the work of scientific production in the legal sciences.
