Actualmente, la formación de destrezas investigativas es un tema de mucho interés para la docencia en la educación superior, pues permite al estudiante universitario desarrollar todas las capacidades para generar conocimiento y dar solución a problemas de tipo práctico identificados en las diferentes disciplinas, desde un punto de vista formativo. Lamentablemente, muchos estudiantes llegan a la educación superior con destrezas investigativas poco desarrolladas, con alto índice de plagio, pocos hábitos de lectura, entre otros; en particular, los estudiantes de Bibliotecología se caracterizan por involucrarse en la actividad laboral de manera muy temprana, por lo que sus investigaciones se orientan a la solución de problemas, siendo sus investigaciones básicamente descriptivas y de corte transversal y esto se debe, entre otras cosas, a la falta de estrategias de enseñanza innovadoras que les permitan desarrollar estas habilidades. La presente investigación fue de enfoque cuantitativo, de diseño experimental en su modalidad de preexperimental, se trabajó con 32 estudiantes. Se pudo concluir que la aplicación del programa “Semilleros en aula” tuvo un efecto significativo en el desarrollo de las destrezas investigativas de los estudiantes de la carrera de Bibliotecología de la Universidad Nacional Mayor de San Marcos, existiendo diferencias notables en el pretest (31,29) y postest (78,28), aceptándose la hipótesis planteadas. -- Los Autores,

Currently, the training of research skills is a topic of great interest for teaching in higher education, because it allows the university student to develop all the capacities to generate knowledge and solve practical problems identified in the different disciplines, from a formative point of view. Unfortunately, many students reach higher education with poorly developed research skills, with a high rate of plagiarism, few reading habits, among others. In particular, librarianship students are characterized by being involved in the work activity very early, so their research is aimed at solving problems, with their investigations basically descriptive and cross-sectional and, this is due, among others things, to the lack of innovative teaching strategies that allow them to develop these skills. The present investigation was of quantitative approach, of experimental design in its pre-experimental modality, it was worked with 32 students, where it was possible to conclude that the application of the program “Semilleros en aula” had a significant effect on the development of the research skills of the students of Librarianship career of the National University of San Marcos, existing notable differences in the pretest (31.29) and postest (78.28), accepting the hypothesis raised. -- Los Autores.
