Objetivo: El artículo muestra cómo contribuir a la actualización de las competencias digitales (eSkills) y la autogestión y socialización del conocimiento del personal de salud en sus instituciones. Mostrar el<br/>procedimiento de cómo se ejecuta indistintamente desde dispositivos móviles Android ordenadores, para auto-gestionar conocimiento desde la Web. Diseño/Metodología/Enfoque: Se empleó el método del<br/>análisis documental desde sus diferentes técnicas, a partir del estudio de los navegadores Firefox o Google Chrome. Discusión/Resultados: Se implementó el procedimientos general y sus partes interrelacionadas, la de Firefox para Android y para PC, las que mediante un conjunto seleccionado de complementos, guardan todas las pestañas abiertas seleccionadas y las organizan automáticamente por<br/>año, mes y día. En los móviles Android se podrá descargar la cita científica de la página seleccionada e importarla como ítem nuevo al gestor bibliográfico del ordenador, tal como Zotero. Consideraciones<br/>finales: Al utilizar este procedimiento se contribuye a mejorar las insuficientes competencias en el manejo de información digital. En consecuencia, se propone promover la generalización del procedimiento desarrollado, en las instituciones de la Educación Médica Superior, mediante Aporte: Los procedimientos desarrollados, contribuyen a solucionar las insuficiencias y mejoran la eficiencia del proceso de gestión del conocimiento en el personal de salud, utilizados desde la Web. -- El Autor |

Objetive: The article shows how to contribute to the updating of digital skills (eSkills) and the selfmanagement and socialization of knowledge of health personnel in their institutions. Show the procedure <br/>of how it is run indistinctly from Android mobile devices, computers, to self-manage knowledge from the Web. Design / Methodology / Approach The document analysis method was used from its different<br/>techniques, from the study of the Firefox or Google Chrome browsers. Discussion / Results The general procedure and its interrelated parts were implemented, that of Firefox for Android and for PC, which<br/>through a selected set of add-ons, save all the selected open tabs and automatically organize them by year, month and day. On Android mobiles, the scientific citation of the selected page can be downloaded and imported as a new item to the bibliographic manager of the computer, such as Zotero. Conclusion: Using this procedure contributes to improving insufficient skills in handling digital information. Consequently, it is proposed to promote the generalization of the procedure developed, in the institutions of Higher Medical Education, through Contribution: The procedures developed contribute to solving deficiencies and improve the efficiency of the knowledge management process in health personnel, used from the Web. -- El Autor |
