En este artículo se expone la importancia de la gestión de la información en entornos de redes sociales interconectadas. Se propone un modelo orientado según procesos. Del mismo modo se destaca la relevancia del análisis de redes sociales y la teoría de grafos en el examen de las estructuras y el cálculo de las transferencias de información en los procesos de gestión de información en las organizaciones en este entorno. Permiten estos procesos examinar la estructura de las relaciones existentes entre estos actores y mediante sus métricas, además de descubrir como fluye la información en el sistema y quienes controlan estos flujos, favoreciéndolos o bloqueándolos, asimismo permite conocer el grado o conectividad de sus nodos, la densidad de la red, los intermediarios, los nodos ineficientes y críticos en el manejo de información así como los huecos estructurales del sistema. |

The importance of information management in interconnected social network environments is presented in this article. A process-oriented model is proposed. Likewise, the significance of social networks analysis and the graphs theory in the evaluation of structures and the estimation of information transfers in information management processes in organizations of this environment is highlighted. These processes allow examining the structure of relations among these actors and they also allow, through their metric, exploring the way information flows in the system and who control these flows, favoring or blocking them, as well as the connectivity degree of their nodes, the network density, the intermediaries, the inefficient and critical nodes in information management and the structural gaps of the system. |
